Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy enables you to cancel your registration until April 30 for a full refund. No refunds after this date.
Modifications
You can add activities to your registration up until May 2nd by emailing Registration@Bantam.org with the following:

Name your registration is under
What you wish to change
If you are adding something to your registration, please also authorize us via email to charge the card on file.
There will be no refunds due to trail closures, trail reclassifications or activity cancellations due to weather conditions or any other factor beyond our control. Jeeps with street tires may be refused participation due to trail conditions
