Administrative Assistant

The Friends of the Bantam Jeep Association (FBJA) non-profit organization (producers of the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival and Bantam TrailFest) is seeking an administrative assistant.  Are you a self-starter?  Do you enjoy multi-tasking? Do you like to organize details? Are you customer-service oriented? 

The successful candidate will manage all administrative duties including event registration, basic budgeting and accounting, database management, customer service via phone and email, merchandise inventory management and fulfillment, event reporting, coordination of rental contracts,  volunteer management support, minutes recording and other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time hybrid position with varying hours each week. Hours will increase seasonally from March – June and September-October.  Must be able to attend evening meetings the 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month in Butler, Pa. and work out of our Butler, Pa. office during peak times and other dates as needed. Must be available weekends during our two events held the second weekend in June and second weekend in October.

Proven experience with Microsoft Excel required and competency with other Microsoft Office Suite programs necessary. Google Drive and knowledge of Asana project management system is helpful.

Event Planner/Integrated Communications Marketer

The Friends of the Bantam Jeep Association (FBJA) non-profit organization (producers of the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival and Bantam TrailFest) is seeking an integrated marketing/event planning extraordinaire! Are you detail oriented?  Do you love to plan and coordinate? Is being creative in your wheelhouse?  If this is you, keep reading!

The successful candidate will be planning and executing many aspects of our Festivals including activity and attraction coordination, recruiting and coordinating volunteer groups, and many event logistics. Integrated marketing communications experience is required including excellent writing skills, graphic design, email marketing, social media, web design, media relations, etc.

This is a year-round contracted position with flexible hours each week.
